For the 9^th time already, one of BME International’s biggest annual event will be held in Krakow, Poland on the 14^th and 15^th of November 2023. Become part of our BME matchmaking network now and meet buyers during B2B matchmaking. The application for suppliers is free of charge!

Register to the event and enlarge your international business network. The core of the CEE Forum are of course face-to-face B2B meetings with participating buyers who fit your individual profile and competences. Our supplier-buyer matchmakings lead to direct discussions between international suppliers and procurement decision-makers from various branches.

The event combines highly informative lectures and discussions with extensive networking options. IBM and Scherdel Group have already confirmed their participation as speakers and buyers from the participating companies will give us insights on their needs as well as requirements.

CEE Forum will take place for the first time in Krakow in a spectacular new location: CKF_13 Fabryczna Conference Centre. In fact, already the pre-event program on the 14^th of November offers a great opportunity to network and meet new potential business partners during a pre-evening dinner combined with a guided tour of the vodka museum, as Mercure Hotel Fabryczna City*, which is also part of the premises, used to be a polish vodka factory.

How does BME B2B matchmaking process work?

Based on your company's offer, buying companies will invite you for individual B2B meetings. After receiving feedback from BME, you can make the final decision whether to register to the event as a supplier for the price of 395 Euro per person (295 Euro for AHK ISF and BMEOpenSourcing members), with 20% discount for the second participant. You will then receive your individual B2B meeting schedule so you can prepare for the event.

How to register to the CEE Forum?

1. Register as a supplier on the BME-Matchmaking-Plattform

2. Fill out the supplier questionnaire and mark the event CEE Forum.

3. Mark buyers you are interested in talking to.

4. Register for the event in November 2023.
    

How to apply if you already have an account on the platform?

1. Log into your account on the BME-Matchmaking-Plattform

2. Go to "Questionnaire“ and mark events you would like to attend at the top of the page.

3. Save the profile and send it to BME again.
